Are You Ready for Pool Season?
The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department will open four (4) public pools on Saturday, May 23 for the summer season. Pool pass sales, swim lesson registration and other aquatic programming registration are currently underway! Daily admission to the pools is $5 if you arrive before 3 p.m. or $3 after 3 p.m.
We offer American Red Cross Swim Lessons for Adaptive, Adult, Mommy & Me, Preschool and six comprehensive levels that teach safe and skillful swimming. We even offer private lessons. Each class is 45 minutes and run Monday - Thursday for two weeks. Two-week sessions begin as early as June 1. Go to Instructional Lessons & Classes to register for one of the summer sessions.
Pool passes must be purchased in person. Follow these steps below to purchase your family or groups pass and save some time in line.
If you have participated in any pre-registration program or event, or had a pool pass in the last three years, you already have an account. If you have trouble accessing it, just give us a call at 931-645-7476.
Email a photo of each family member on your pool pass (with their names) to ParksRec@cityofclarksville.com. We can add them to your account before you arrive.
Slide Passes are a thing of the past! We now offer a Splash Pass for $20. The pass includes access to not only the slide at Swan Lake Pool, but also the climbing wall at Beachaven and New Providence Pools. Daily passes for the above water features may also be purchased for $2/day.
Concessions will be available for purchase onsite at each pool, but once again this year, patrons will be able to bring their own snacks and picnic in the designated areas! Patrons should keep in mind that glass containers or cans will not be allowed at the pools.
Check out the 2015-16 Aquatic Guide. This guide includes a complete listing of all swim lessons, fitness classes, pool locations, pool pass prices, rental information, and pool rules. Pick-up your copy at your nearest pool starting May 23.
